Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a highly organized Project Manager to lead pre-implementation work for an Oracle Incentive Compensation module. You will partner with Oracle ICM leads, coordinate across HR Technology, Compensation, business units and tech partners to scope, document, plan, and readiness activities for a large employee population.

You will also create a reusable playbook for pre-work on technical HR projects.

Qualifications

• PM experience leading technical or enterprise system implementations (Oracle Cloud HCM/ICM preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating technical to business language.
• Strong organizational skills; meticulous documentation and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-implementation workstream for Incentive Compensation module: scope, planning, sequencing, readiness.
• Collaborate with Oracle ICM lead to translate inputs into plans and stakeholder materials.
• Facilitate sessions with SMEs to document current-state processes, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive requirements gathering: eligibility, approvals, notifications, audits, reporting.
