Job summary

BRMi is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead pre-implementation activities for an Oracle Incentive Compensation module implementation, supporting a large employee population. The role partners with HR Technology, Compensation, business units, and enterprise technology to drive discovery, documentation, requirements gathering, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Incentive Compensation implementations preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear business language.
• Experience communicating project information to executives.
• Strong organizational skills with documentation, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience creating project documentation, process flows, playbooks, templates, or reusable procedures.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with risk, security, compliance, and audit review requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-implementation activities for the Incentive Compensation module, including scope definition and planning.
• Translate technical and functional requirements into clear project plans and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate sessions to document current-state processes, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation of eligibility, approval rules, and reporting.
• Coordinate documentation of system flows, integrations, and data movement.
• Develop reusable PM playbooks for intake, scoping, governance, and testing.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure audit-ready project documentation and executive-status reporting.
• Coordinate vendor mobilization and resource planning with leadership.
• Support SOW inputs, scope validation, and partner selection.
