Job summary

System One is seeking an Oracle Incentive Project Manager for a remote, contract engagement. You will lead pre-implementation workstreams for Oracle Incentive Compensation, coordinate with Oracle ICM leads, and develop plans and governance across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous documentation, and ability to drive decisions on complex HR technology projects.

Qualifications

• PM experience leading technical or enterprise system implementations (Oracle Cloud HCM/ICM preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-implementation workstream for Incentive Compensation module.
• Coordinate with Oracle ICM lead to translate inputs into plans and timelines.
• Facilitate sessions to document current-state processes and risks.
• Drive requirements gathering including eligibility, approvals, audits, and reporting.
• Develop a reusable project management playbook for prework and scoping.
• Maintain integrated project plan, RAID logs, and stakeholder comms.
• Produce executive-ready status reports with risks and decisions.
• Plan resources, onboarding, and vendor coordination with HR/Procurement.
• Establish meetings cadence with agendas and action items.
