Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account. You will oversee programming, planning, design, construction, and closeout, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

This role emphasizes collaboration and governance adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include setting goals and schedules, maintaining budgets, managing risks, and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management.
• Experience with ADA requirements and construction compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Establish success criteria aligned with client expectations and JLL standards.
• Serve as primary client contact through the project lifecycle.
• Guide design and implementation from planning to approvals.
• Create and monitor detailed schedules, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure complete project documentation.
• Prepare and manage RFPs for contractors and vendors and evaluate bids.
• Oversee performance to meet contractual, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization across JLL.
