Job summary

JLL in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects on a dedicated account. You will oversee programming, planning, design, construction and closeout, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and agencies to meet budget and schedule.

You will focus on retail branch ground up and flagship projects across mid-Atlantic and New England markets, maintaining client objectives and governance while working under the Director of Project Management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience with ADA requirements and corporate real estate management or construction management.
• Communicate succinctly with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executive level clients.
• High levels of customer service and ability to manage multiple clients and milestones.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets and detailed assumptions.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria for client and firm needs.
• Build rapport with client representatives and ensure scope and deliverables meet standards.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain project documentation.
• Develop a detailed project budget based on market data and assumptions.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the project duration.
• Guide design implementation through all stages from concept to construction documentation.
