Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to provide reliable, timely support and manage day-to-day project activities across multiple stakeholders. This remote role requires coordinating scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk, with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risks for project, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs.
• Interact with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare/update project reports and invoices.
• Monitor project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Coordinate subcontractors and relocation of functions.
• Meet client and project requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Assist AGM targets at regional and national levels.
