Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account. You will oversee programming, planning, design, construction, and closeout, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery and alignment with client objectives.

You will manage multiple projects, create detailed schedules, and maintain risk and quality controls while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management.
• Experience with ADA requirements and construction compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Serve as primary client liaison and maintain relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide stakeholders through design, development, construction, and approvals.
