Job summary

JLL is seeking an energetic Project Manager to join a progressive Financial Services Account. The role focuses on managing multiple projects across various phases, coordinating with vendors, and delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have senior PM experience, strong budgeting and risk management skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams through design and construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Engineering, architecture, or PM certification is preferred.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience in design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple projects including security, signage, ADA, ATM, and renovations.
• Manage projects from identification through permit, planning, design, construction and closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Provide weekly status updates on schedule, budget, and risk to leadership and client tools.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation passes reviews with the client.
