Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account. You will oversee programming, planning, design, construction, and closeout while balancing budget, scope, and schedule.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to drive delivery and governance adherence. Responsibilities include creating schedules, managing risks, coordinating due diligence, and leading design through to approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of corporate real estate, project management, or construction management experience.
• Experience with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Establish project success criteria aligned with client expectations and JLL standards.
• Serve as primary client contact through the project lifecycle with clear communication.
• Guide design to construction documentation and approvals processes.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules, monitor milestones, and manage risks.
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure complete project documentation.
• Prepare and manage RFP processes and vendor coordination.
• Oversee performance to meet contractual, regulatory, and client expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.
