Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account. You will oversee programming, planning, design, construction, and closeout, coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management.
• Experience with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Establish project success criteria aligned with client expectations and JLL standards.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide stakeholders through design, development, construction, and approvals.
• Create and maintain schedules, monitor milestones, manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure documentation is complete and on time.
• Prepare and manage RFP processes for contractors and vendors.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance for compliance and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement and best practices across JLL.
