Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Construction Program Manager to deliver end-to-end project management on critical accounts in the US. You will oversee capital plans, scope development, and budgeting while leading cost-saving initiatives and value engineering with vendors and consultants.

Applicants should have extensive construction PM experience, strong client relations, and proficiency in schedule and financial management. Hybrid work arrangements and on-site involvement are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• Experience with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overall project management on the account.
• Support client with Capital Plan development & project scope.
• Develop project budgets including hard and soft costs; cost/benefit analysis.
• Lead cost savings/avoidance; perform negotiations and value engineering.
• Mine, track, and monitor meaningful data metrics and KPIs.
• Provide budgeting, scheduling, and on-site supervision to meet goals.
• Assemble and manage consultant and contractor teams.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with JLL policies; manage risk and playbook.
