Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects for corporate clients. You will shepherd activities from planning through closeout, coordinating across design, construction, and vendors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role demands a professional with 3–5 years in CRE or construction management, familiarity with ADA requirements, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate real estate, project management, or construction management experience.
• Experience with ADA compliance standards and construction-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project goals, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Serve as primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design through construction documentation and approvals.
• Oversee due diligence, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract coordination.
• Monitor risk, milestones, and performance to ensure client satisfaction.
