Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-size electrification projects. You will ensure activities follow procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets, and guide the project team to deliver contracted deliverables and results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Field; up to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Project management experience required; PMP is nice to have.
Must be able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience with SAP and MS Office tools (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Lead the project team, establish execution approach, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control for internal and external resources.
Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and project financials.
Identify, quantify, and manage project risk; pursue opportunities.
Drive formal acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment under the contract.
