Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years in engineering, with at least 8 in project management.
• 20% travel expected.
• Must have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Managing project financials: budget tracking, cost control, forecasting for profitability.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules with milestones and timelines.
• Leading cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts for high-performance outcomes.
• Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate issues affecting quality, cost, or timeline.
• Driving execution of large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and client satisfaction.
• Tracking progress, generating reports, and communicating updates to senior leadership.
