Job summary

Common CENTS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Specialist to lead system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training. The role reports to the Director of Professional Services and offers remote work with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Project Managers to meet project deliverables, maintaining client relationships, and handling escalations. Travel and on-site work are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role with fundamentals of training and implementation.
• Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and vision.
• Desire to learn and evolve across areas.
• Proven track record in problem solving and multitasking.
• Strong interpersonal skills across varied people and circumstances.
• Excellent written and oral communication with active listening.
• Patience, flexibility, and problem solving under pressure.
• Shows integrity and trust in professional settings.
• Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.

• Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on escalated incidents.
