Common CENTS Solutions is seeking a Project and Implementation Specialist to manage system implementations, on-site installations, and training across healthcare, senior living, and dining environments.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to map and complete deliverables, while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. The role offers remote work with up to 50% travel and requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes.
• Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• The desire to learn new things and evolve in competencies in different areas.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services.
• Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy, shaping CCS as an effective and modern provider providing solutions that are expected by contemporary customers.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated.
• Address escalations from other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
