Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a remote Project Developer for Key Accounts in the United States. You will help develop HVAC, controls, digital and turnkey solutions using Trane equipment and services, while partnering with Account Managers to identify profitable opportunities across national owner-direct accounts.

You will assist in project scoping, budgeting, RFQs, and defining milestones, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project development and management.
• Experience with service solutions or turnkey delivery.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical, profitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop small to mid-size HVAC, controls, and digital solutions.
