Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a remote Project Developer in Key Accounts to support Small Commercial vertical accounts within the Key Accounts division. You will work with Account Managers, independent service providers, and national owner-direct customers to identify, develop, and help sell profitable, executable projects centered on digital solutions and turnkey delivery.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field, Business, or related field.
Experience supporting project development, project management, or construction-related sales support.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, building systems, and the construction industry.
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and independent service providers.
Strong estimating, scoping, and proposal support capabilities.
Willingness to travel including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Develop HVAC, controls, digital and turnkey solutions for small commercial accounts.
Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities across national accounts.
Assist in project scoping, concept development, solution validation, and preliminary design.
Support budgets, RFQs, scopes, schedules and milestones with subcontractors and providers.
Coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver executable project plans.
