Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a remote Service Specialist to join our Service Sales team. You will quote and enter service work, order parts and supplies, and ensure service work is scheduled and executed efficiently.

You will manage projects from estimate to completion, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to safety policies. Requires 2+ years in project management or HVAC and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in project management or HVAC or related.
• Experience with contracting processes and estimating for HVAC installations.
• Computer skills are essential.
• Highly organized and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects, monitor financials and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze projects, set schedules and procedures to meet system objectives.
• Create estimates and proposals; enter projects, order parts, track and schedule labor.
• Enter service estimates, issue purchase orders and generate work orders.
• Manage service projects from estimate to completion; coordinate subcontractors.
• Support Sales by developing projects and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure staff and subcontractors work safely per Trane and OSHA policies.
