Job summary

Trane Technologies' National Accounts group is hiring for an LCU Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will administer, implement, and manage HVAC equipment projects, accountable for scope, schedule, and budget within the national accounts equipment fulfillment team.

No two days are the same as we work with customers to complete the HVAC portion of their construction projects, with a remote work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business or equivalent with 2+ years PM/HVAC/related experience, or 4+ years PM/HVAC/related experience
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze projects; set schedules and parameters to meet objectives
• Communicate with customers, owners, contractors, and staff; ensure satisfaction
• Compare ship dates with project schedule; ensure order process compliance
• Maintain forecasted cost at completion; monitor project budget
• Create and revise project schedules with tasks, estimates, milestones
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchases, generate work orders for startups
• Takeoffs from LCU mechanical plans
