Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a large-scale engineering and recovery program from a remote US location. You will coordinate activities, track action items, maintain project records, and provide timely status updates to engineering and project management teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of coordination experience and a degree in a related field, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2–5 years of project coordination, project controls, construction, engineering, or technical administration experience.
• Experience maintaining action logs, schedules, deliverables, and controlled documentation.
• Strong organization, follow-through, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own a PC with Microsoft 365 and reliable internet for remote coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and multiple workstreams.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Follow up on overdue or blocked tasks.
• Support engineering, survey, and project management teams.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Prepare status reports and track progress.
• Identify risks, blockers, and schedule concerns.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
