Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Strategic Portfolio Management team in administering governance, programs, and projects remotely in the United States. The role emphasizes creating meaningful metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires PMI CAPM (preferred) or willingness to obtain, plus 1–3 years of coordination experience and strong organizational skills. Healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• PMI CAPM certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 1–3 years of project administration or coordination experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience preferred, not required.
• Strong time management, organizational, and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them in real-world situations.

Responsibilities

• Supports the leadership of the Strategic Portfolio Management team to ensure governance, programs, and projects run smoothly.
• Ensures processes are followed to deliver meaningful metrics and outcomes.
• Provides administration support to programs and projects of various sizes.
• Assists with defining demands, identifying stakeholders, and developing resource plans.
• Works across departments to support project administration.
• Supports resource management by learning capacity and resolving conflicts.
• Defines departmental initiatives with the team.
• Communicates updates and escalates issues/risks to project managers and leaders.
