Health Choice Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support organizational goals, improve efficiency, and drive successful outcomes.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This 100% remote role partners with business, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage risks, and support change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project scope changes and support decision-making.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
