Qualifications

• PMP certification or comparable project management training; change-management or agile certification valued.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in a project management role; 5+ years leading projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery with structure, urgency, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, vendors, and other partners.
• Facilitate meetings with clear purpose, agendas, decisions, owners, and due dates.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain delivery momentum and escalate constraints that cannot be resolved within the team.
• Ensure deliverables meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate readiness, stabilization, transition-to-operations, and project closure activities.
