Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the PMO in planning, coordination, tracking, and successful delivery of client-facing technology projects. You will help maintain schedules, action items, risks, dependencies, and status reporting to provide timely visibility to teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client interactions.
• Proven ability to organize information, track milestones, and report status.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Program Managers in planning, coordination, tracking and closeout.
• Maintain accurate schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project controls.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, capture decisions, and assign follow‑ups.
• Produce recurring status updates and dashboards from validated project data.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans; escalate variances and risks.
• Collaborate across PMO, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
• Assist with procurement, invoices, and forecast inputs; keep records audit-ready.
• Identify gaps, questions, and issues; drive resolution with owners.
