Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our PMO. The role supports planning, execution and completion of enterprise or departmental projects, and documents project scope, plans, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.

The position can be remote from Baton Rouge, LA, or hybrid in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC; Bachelor’s degree and experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Project Assistant or similar role.
• Ability to travel up to 25% if located elsewhere.
• Experience managing tasks, timelines, and leading meetings.
• Strong time management and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Schedule and lead project team meetings.
• Support PMO with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Liaise between project teams and lead Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
