Job summary

PCI Federal provides project and administrative support to the Defense Health Agency Digital Health Integration Office (DHIO) leadership and staff. This remote role reports to the Program Manager, coordinating enterprise-wide PMO activities and ensuring timely progress across initiatives.

The position supports meetings, briefing materials, and communication across directors and chiefs of staff, with responsibilities spanning minutes, action items, and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
• 3-5 years of experience
• High School Diploma or higher

Responsibilities

• Provide project and administrative support to leadership and staff within the DHIO.
• Coordinate meetings: agendas, read-ahead materials, PowerPoint presentations, rooms, MS Teams, and minutes.
• Prepare, edit, copy, and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Manage and track multiple special projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
• Order and maintain office supplies and materials; handle packaging of awards as needed.
• Process access requests for DHA leadership personnel.
