Job summary

Hui Huliau Technology Services, LLC, a DoD EHR support contractor, seeks a Project Manager to lead the PMO for the National Capital Region, Europe, and Central Network. You will coordinate activities across multiple internal and external teams and ensure timely milestones and deliverables.

The role requires DoD governance familiarity, a Bachelor's degree, and prior leadership of 10+ staff. Expect frequent coordination with HQ, DHA networks, and MTFs in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent IT/PM knowledge.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office:**PowerPoint, Word, Excel**.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between internal and external entities.
• Oversee and manage project milestones and tasks across teams.
• Develop and support briefings, contract deliverables, and status reports.
• Maintain collaboration sites (SharePoint/MS Teams) and track action items.
• Coordinate HR issues with corporate HR after follow-through.
• Provide direction to project activities and interface with client personnel.
