Digitas Health in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager, PMO to drive project management best practices, governance, and portfolio management across the organization. The role focuses on implementing process improvements, guiding teams, and aligning projects with business objectives in a dynamic healthcare agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment.
• Agency or digital project experience preferred.
• Experience managing digital, website, and social media projects for pharmaceutical clients (DTC or HCP) in an agency preferred.
• Highly organized with forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, updating and maintaining project management processes and best practices based on business needs
• Providing guidance and support for all project management activities within the organization
• Maintaining a project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage the execution of projects
• Interacting with project stakeholders and managing stakeholder communication
• Overseeing project risk management and developing strategies to manage and mitigate risks
• Providing project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members
• Conducting project reviews to assess outcomes of projects, identifying lessons learned, and making recommendations for future projects
• Supporting day-to-day project management if needed
