Cardinal Health is seeking a Director of IT Program Management (Enterprise Infrastructure PMO) to lead highly visible, complex technology initiatives with cross-organizational impact. You will own initiative health, drive decisions, and align delivery across business and technology teams.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in technology programs, strong executive communication, and governance expertise. This position is fully remote in the US with occasional travel to our Central Ohio HQ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.
• Experience working with senior executives and managing vendor/consulting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of initiative health and outcomes.
• Proactively orchestrate work across business and technology organizations.
• Establish structure and accountability as processes evolve.
• Provide leadership across initiatives and manage multiple workstreams.
• Influence leaders and partners to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
• Communicate risks, decisions, and opportunities clearly to executives.
