• Ability to tailor communication to audience and adapt presentations.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Include any technical or industry-specific experience as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines, and interdependencies.
• Supervise project support team with performance feedback and development planning.
• Develop and monitor project timelines and budget expenditures.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and vendor contracts.
• Assist with proposal development and grant writing as needed.
• Support contract development with funders and ensure compliance across tasks.
• Provide day-to-day liaison between collaborators and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and improved processes.
