Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Project Consultant, Patient Experience, to manage client relationships and ensure timely, quality project delivery using Patient Cloud across multiple studies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead meetings, and apply project management practices to mitigate risks.

The role requires healthcare/clinical research experience, strong communication, and ability to travel 10–20% nationally or internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical research and Clinical Research SaaS technology.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred.
• Good verbal/written communication combined with organizational skills.
• Experience in Client Services or a client facing role with a customer-first attitude.
• Time management and collaboration skills; ability to manage timelines and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship management of client accounts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across studies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and conduct internal/external meetings.
• Forecast Professional Services hours and resource needs for studies.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata project management methodologies and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and apply risk mitigation strategies.
