Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Project Consultant, Patient Experience to manage client relationships and deliver Patient Cloud projects. This hybrid role combines remote and in-office work, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end project leadership, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has clinical research knowledge, 1–3 years in related fields, and strong communication skills, supported by a 4-year degree or equivalent. Travel is 10–20% nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in analytic discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development.
• Experience in Client Services or a client facing role with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Medidata systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall relationship management of client accounts and ensure delivery of quality projects on time and within budget.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare and maintain accurate study documentation and action items from meetings.
• Forecast required Professional Services hours and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata project management methodologies and SOPs.
