Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Project Consultant, Patient Experience to manage client accounts and lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across multiple studies. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of clinical research and SaaS technologies, and willingness to travel 10–20% nationally/internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device and/or biotech) and of Clinical Research SaaS technology.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred.
• Able to demonstrate good verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in Client Services or a client-facing role with a customer-first attitude.
• Experience in managing project timelines and risk assessment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure delivery of quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective resource management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide Patient Cloud subject matter expertise.
• Lead internal/external meetings and manage milestones with accurate meeting notes.
