Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks a Project Consultant, Patient Experience to lead client relationships and end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud projects. You will manage studies, coordinate across teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, forecasting hours, and ensuring successful study documentation, with travel up to 20% and a 4-year degree preferred. NYC area base with hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical research and Clinical Research SaaS technology.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent,Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good organizational skills.
• Client services or client-facing experience with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage timelines and assess risk; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall relationship management of client accounts and deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across a portfolio of studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide subject-matter expertise.
• Lead internal/external meetings, track milestones, and capture action items.
• Forecast Professional Services hours and raise work requests to other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata's PM methodologies and SOPs.
• Interact with new hires and support team onboarding.

Education

4-year college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline a plus)

1-3 years relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development

Strong understanding of clinical research and Clinical Research SaaS technology

Verbal/written communication and organizational skills

Travel willingness 10%-20%, national/international

Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility
