Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with client accounts and day-to-day activities.
• Deliver quality projects on time and within budget through effective resource management.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across studies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and run internal/external meetings.
• Forecast services hours and manage milestones and action items.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata project management methodologies and SOPs.
