Job summary

Medidata Solutions seeks a Project Consultant, Patient Experience to manage client relationships and deliver quality Patient Cloud projects on time and within budget. You will lead end-to-end delivery, maintain accurate study documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, mitigating risks, forecasting hours with Professional Services, and ensuring adherence to medidata methodologies. Travel up to 20% and a 4-year degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical research across pharma, device and biotech sectors.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred.
• Able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication.
• Experience in Client Services or a client-facing role with a customer-first attitude.
• Exhibit time management skills with strong collaboration.
• Experience in managing project timelines and risk assessment is advantageous.
• Able to support project teams, promote unity and teamwork.
• Self-motivated and responsible in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Medidata internal systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%, national/international.
• Valid driver's license.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline a plus).
• 1-3 years relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of studies across various stages and complexities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery of Patient Cloud products across multiple studies.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings, with accurate minutes and action items.
• Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies aligned with PM methodologies and SOPs.
• Forecast Patient Cloud Professional Services hours in collaboration with the Professional Services Project Manager.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to provide Subject Matter Expertise on Patient Cloud.
