Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Project Accounting Biller to join our Shared Services Finance team. This remote US-based position supports project accounting and invoicing activities using Deltek Vision, with responsibilities spanning billing, collections, budgeting, and reporting.

Collaboration with Project Managers and Corporate Finance is essential. The role requires a strong collections background, Excel proficiency, and ideally experience in A/E/C industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 1–2+ years accounting experience.
• Strong background in collections is required.
• Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry desirable.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Deltek Vision knowledge is a plus.
• Prevailing Wage knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Candidate should be client-focused with strong communication.
• Commitment to integrity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Add/update project activity in Deltek Vision using project setup/modification forms.
• Prepare invoice packages for PM approval with all backup per contract terms.
• Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Maintain project invoice/billing files and supporting documents.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Perform labor adjustments and billing transfers as needed.
• Provide payment status to Project Accountant for AR reporting.
• Assist in AR collection calls and project reconciliation.
• Provide billing data for recurring reports and assist in corporate month-end reporting.
• Support Corporate Finance and Project Accounting tasks.
