Job summary

CFB is seeking a detail-oriented Project Billing Analyst to support project billing and financial operations. You will set up project numbers, draft invoices, and manage approval workflows in Deltek (Vantagepoint).

Ideal candidates are organized, communicate across departments, and enjoy improving billing processes. This role offers remote or Florida office flexibility and opportunities to develop Deltek expertise as the company grows.

Qualifications

Experience in project billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or related financial support.
Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project-based financial systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.
Comfortable navigating internal systems, dashboards, and workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain project numbers, billing terms, and related information in Deltek (Vantagepoint).
Coordinate draft and final invoices and manage invoicing approvals.
Serve as primary contact for past-due invoices and internal billing dashboards.
Review billing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with departments to support financial reporting and revenue operations.
Travel periodically to CFB office locations to support training.
