Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Remote Project Analyst II to support PMs on the ER&R/1095-A project. You will help organize activities, track schedules, and prepare reports while coordinating with a team of coordinators and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass federal background investigation that grants access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract stipulations.
• Become knowledgeable of the ERR/1095-A project and CMS policies and standards.
• Ensure all project-identified processes are executed and followed.
• Support coordination and timely delivery of deliverables, schedules, reports, and plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas; capture and send meeting minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to support all aspects of the project.
• Monitor status of deliverables and communicate priorities to PMO Manager.
• Assist with project site updates including risk, action, issue, and lessons learned logs.
• Monitor and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Maintain an organized repository of project information.
