Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a proactive Project Analyst II for the ER&R/1095-A project. This remote role supports PMs by organizing activities, collecting status updates, and preparing reports.

You will coordinate team members, manage project artifacts in SharePoint, and help maintain schedules and deliverables. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must pass federal background investigation for government systems.
• Candidates not meeting qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with PM methodologies and contract requirements.
• Learn ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies.
• Ensure processes are followed and applied.
• Coordinate timely deliverables, schedules, and reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers for support.
• Monitor deliverables and escalate issues to PMO Manager.
• Update risk, action, issue, and lessons learned logs.
• Elevate issues as needed.
• Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication and organization.
• Show attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Apply problem-solving skills.
• Support CMS Access Administrator role.
• Assist with SharePoint management tasks.
