Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a remote Project Analyst II to support PMs on the ER&R/1095-A project. You will help organize project activities, coordinate tasks, and document status updates to ensure timely deliverables.

You will prepare reports, manage an organized repository, and assist with SharePoint tasks while collaborating with a team of coordinators and managers. Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and CMS policies and standards.
• Become knowledgeable of the ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies and standards.
• Ensure all project-identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable.
• Support the coordination and timely delivery of project deliverables, schedules, reports, and project plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas; capture and send meeting minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with a team of project coordinators and project managers to support all project aspects.
• Monitor status of all deliverables and escalate issues to the PMO Manager.
