Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract stipulations.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and analysis.
• Assist PMs with organizing and controlling project activities and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate team to ensure timely delivery of schedules and plans.
• Maintain project information and performance data repositories.
• Support CMS Access Administrator duties and SharePoint tasks.
