Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Project Analyst II for a remote role on the ER&R/1095-A project. You will assist PMs by organizing activities, collecting status updates, and preparing reports to support deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass federal background investigation that grants access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract stipulations.
• Become knowledgeable of the ER& R/1095-A project and CMS policies and standards.
• Ensure processes and methodologies are executed and followed.
• Support the coordination and timely delivery of deliverables, schedules, reports, and plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas; capture and send meeting minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to support all aspects of the project.
• Monitor status of deliverables and escalate issues to PMO Manager.
• Assist with project site updates including risk/ log...
• Assist with SharePoint management tasks.
