ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a remote Project Analyst II to assist PMs with organizing and controlling project activities on the ER&R/1095-A project. The role focuses on gathering status updates, maintaining project files, and preparing reports for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass federal background investigation for government access.

Responsabilités

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract stipulations.
• Become knowledgeable of the ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies.
• Ensure all project-identified processes and methodologies are followed.
• Support coordination and timely delivery of deliverables, schedules and plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to support all aspects of the project.
• Monitor status of deliverables and escalate issues to the PMO Manager.
• Assist with project site updates including logs and process improvement.
• Monitor and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to details and multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem solving skills.
• Support CMS Access Administrator role and SharePoint tasks.
