StackAdapt is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager to drive new business growth by identifying agency and brand partners across the region. You will build a strong pipeline and manage opportunities from first contact through to close, collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams.

This remote-first role is based in England, with occasional travel to meet clients and expand strategic partnerships. You will thrive on structured sales processes and MEDDIC-enabled deal cycles.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in media or advertising.
• Strong prospecting skills and outbound outreach confidence.
• Disciplined, organized approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by proactively identifying and engaging agency and brand partners.
• Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline with strong relationships for revenue opportunities.
• Lead opportunities end-to-end from first contact to closed-won deals.
• Reach decision-makers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to build partnerships.
• Collaborate on pitches and proposals to shape effective campaigns.
• Reactivate and expand opportunities with lapsed customers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and follow MEDDIC for qualification and closure.
• Travel occasionally to meet clients within the region.
