Job summary

Valle del Sol seeks a Clinical Program Supervisor to provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for behavioral health programs. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, and align services with organizational goals.

The role supports workforce development, quality improvement, and collaboration with leaders and community partners to deliver patient-centered care across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Addiction Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active Independent-Level License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LIAC) in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Minimum five (5) years of applied clinical experience at the licensure level; plus at least one (1) year in leadership/supervisory roles.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within five days of start date; Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within five days.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned behavioral health programs and service lines.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and culturally responsive services.
• Directly supervise assigned clinical staff and interns; oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Monitor documentation quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and program performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team Leads and community partners to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
