Job summary

MADD in Reno, NV is hiring to lead underage drinking prevention programs and adult drunk driving prevention initiatives. This remote role requires residing in the Reno, NV area and offers a $50,000 annual salary.

You will manage volunteer schedules, coordinate events, and ensure grant compliance while meeting revenue and program objectives. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community health programs, grant administration helpful.
• Travel and flexible hours required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to meet grant objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Ensure grant proposals align with program directives.
• Manage logistics of prevention programs at State and Local levels, including trainings and workshops.
• Organize orientation, evaluation meetings, facilitator trainings and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers as needed and provide training and support.
• Maintain data collection, financial reports and program evaluations; aid in improvement efforts.
• Support fundraising efforts and special events as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
