Job summary

MADD is seeking an organized program coordinator to implement and oversee underage drinking and drunk driving prevention initiatives at the state and local level. The role is remote, requires Oregon residency, and offers annual compensation of $50,000.

You will design events, manage training and volunteer activities, coordinate data submission, and support grant reporting while exploring fundraising activities as the role evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community awareness, education, partnerships and youth programs.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Non-Profit fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to reach objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs at State and Local level.
• Organize orientation meetings, training sessions and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training and support.
• Maintain data tracking of program results and grant reports for evaluation.
