Job summary

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is seeking a program coordinator to lead underage drinking and drunk driving prevention initiatives. You will manage events, trainings, and volunteer teams to meet objectives and grant requirements.

The role emphasizes data tracking, reporting, program evaluation, and collaboration with community partners in the State and Local levels. Strong communication and organization are essential, with travel and flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience with community health programs or grant administration preferred.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a high‑volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to achieve objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Ensure grant proposals include program directives and compliance.
• Manage logistics of prevention programs at State and Local level and facilitate trainings.
• Organize orientation, evaluation, facilitator trainings, workshops for parents and students.
• Source and recruit volunteers and provide training and support to staff and volunteers.
• Maintain data collection, financial reports, and progress for evaluation and improvement.
